Any damage caused by a resident will be covered by Archstone at no expense to the owner. Archstone will repair or oversee repairs at the owner’s expense for difficulties caused by age, neglect, or accidents.
Every Archstone home is covered by three types of insurance: the owner’s homes insurance, Archstones’ $7,000,000 commercial liability plan, and the mandatory individual resident renters insurance.
