We Take Cleanliness Seriously

Archstone Living has implemented cleaning and disinfection procedures that have been recommended by the U.S. CDC and World Health Organization to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Cleaning team has completed a COVID-19 Education and Safety Course.

The course is continually updated to reflect current recommendations by the CDC. Cleaners are retested monthly based on the updated guidance.

COVID-19 specific items have been included in the cleaners’ checklists and procedures.

Mandatory checklist completion and photo documentation.

Cleaners are required to mark each item as done before completing the project on the owner’s cleaner management system. Cleaners supplement the checklist with photo documentation of completed work.
